Where was I yesterday? What really happened that kept me outer virtual world? How was the problem solved?

In one of social media sites, I received a message from a great man, a friend of mine, asking why I had just dissolved into nothingness for about two days. In his words, he used words like ‘hidden undersea’ and ‘forgotten like an extinct beast.’

Well, today I here to have a say and by the time I finish up my story, you would understand much better why I chose to go underground and how I managed to emerge from it all. The sodapdf offers advanced security and collaboration features, is easy to adopt, and increases productivity. Okay, it all started a day I go when my laptop decided to refuse to boot up. I performed some maintenance on it but it remained down. That was the moment I was forced to format the whole thing.

Well, that did a trick— oops! For a day or two.

The laptop was up and running as usual. In my mind I thought the problem has been solved, only to crash again. This time for real… It could not even repair itself. I did everything I could to ignite live into its components but all efforts did a dead-end. Computers and laptops are prone to breaking. Whether it concerns physical damage or non-working hardware, small problems both physically and virtually can later migrate to larger problems. PC Revive offer unrivalled knowledge and have all the tools to repair your computer problems quickly and efficiently. You can also visit website link for getting best repairing knowledge.

Diagnostics showed that something was brewing on its Hard Disc Drive (HDD). The thing could not even accept new software—-

The Search for New HDD,

Seeing no chance of survival, I had to make the final decision, to go look for a new HDD. In Nairobi, the desperate you are the more the damage you would incur.

It appealed to me that whatever I was looking for was almost impossible to get. The pricing was beyond what I thought and it was just ridiculous. The Nairobians and love for money is something that we have to live with. It was sad that these people wanted to make a newbie out of me in electronics world. However, being a know it all guy made it possible to get the HDD with capacity that I wanted.

Anyway, I am back and running. My virtual world is smiling once again now. It is great to be right back, blogging and doing other stuff on the internet.

Staying well with a gossiper

Gossip is something that brings enmity between people who are close. This thing is like betrayal of trust and my result into nasty ends if not curbed at the right time.

People who like gossiping should not be given much to talk about when they are free.  If you know that your friend is someone who does not have brakes with words, then you have to limit on what you give out to him or her. This way, you create a barrier between the hurting experience and happiness that you share with this person.

It is not good to tell someone much about you. A secret is only safe when not shared out. However, if you trust someone very much then you are free to make that move.

In what I have known so far, nothing is safe as long as we are alive. If something happens between friends then the second party would seek for means to hurt you. And if you have shared deep secrets with this person then you have to prepare for the worst.

To a gossiper, he or she would do anything possible to stay close to a certain individual. The main objective may be friendship but the second nature can’t allow this person to keep quiet about something.

In revealing one’s secrets, a gossiper does not either know that it is bad or not aware that it will hurt the person in the mix.

While we know that we can’t stay alone in this world, however, we have to understand that not everyone can be a good buddy.

In most cases, we fail to understand our best friends, and this leads to making mistakes that might end with a regrets.

Remember, if you like gossiping with your friend, then the same goes to him or her to his/her friends and the chain goes on and on.

One thing is for sure; the end result of any gossip is enmity…. No doubt about that.

Is this really normal?

A few days ago, there was an uproar after Kenyans reacted in the social media after the so publicized in house party branded ’ Project X’ which seemed nobody knew the organizers or the even the venue.

But for most young people, could not understand how this was shocking yet to them it’s very normal. So one wonders whether this is naivety on the part of the society that is too busy to know what is done in closed doors.

But then this is about morals and then who said loose morals is part of a damned acceptable way of life?

But then this is all shocking and more shocking that this has been going on for quite some time and really shocking for it to happen even in high school. Boys going into a girl’s dormitory and vice versa is something that has been happening and is still happening and they will also tell you that this is normal.

I heard this young man who confirmed that he experienced these rule-less gatherings while in high schools and with both boys and girls a lot transpired. He went on and said that they drank alcohol, took drugs and even became intimate and they felt free to play this game of intimacy with one another and even with everyone.

But looking at this ‘Project X’ it was already taking the path of a business venture bearing in mind that there were advance tickets that were up for sale and even those who missed these could still go for the gate tickets. Then there were also special tickets for the VIPs and in particular these tickets only differed in the cost with the advance tickets being the cheapest.

So all this is normal for these young people who think this is only enjoying life to the fullest but this is rotten.

Self Censored Mainstream MEDIA In Kenya

Kenyan mainstream media is just mean for a news-hungry country like Kenya. In this country, many people are always looking for something new to learn about. This makes Kenyans the most informed people in the world.

Unfortunately, the news sources in Kenya are either self censored or arm-twisted by the men in higher places from delivering credible news to the public.

Nowadays, Kenyans do not rely mostly on Kenyan mainstream media because of biased news coverage and laxity in doing their work to the maximum. Of late, well-known journalists are only good for posting controversial posts on social media and engaging with their supporters.

It’s no wonder why bloggers have taken this chance to make things right for the population that seeks for truth and in-depth news coverage happening in Kenya. Something lacking in mainstream media channels….

It is now clear those media houses are not the main source of information as before. The internet has enabled people to get first hand information from the ground. This is good because people are now getting first hand information instead of waiting for edited report from mainstream media coverage.

With media houses dining with the state house, what should people expect anyway? Sensitive news stories are never aired in Kenya; partly do mainstream media dedicate its time for better good of the society. What it does the best is creating a barrier between people and the government and minding it own business of minting money from the public.

What I do not understand is should they give so much time to socialites in Kenya and snoopy stories happening in the country, while failing to educate the public about something so important? Maybe have time to talk about things affecting the country as whole, like corruption, cancer, education crisis, and other stories.

They say that media reflects the society, but I guess Kenyan media is just arrogant and only serves it masters much better.

How ‘Digital Government’ is Playing Analog Games….

When the current government came into power, it had a unique slogan of being a digital government and it was obvious to hear people saying that this government will transform Kenyans’s way of life from analogs to digital.

As usual people are always looking forward to having a better government than the previous one in terms of governance.

Things have not been running well for this country because the positive changes that everyone was expecting are not forthcoming. But one thing is for sure that the citizens of this country can start by molding to get changes in the current political arena and also in future.

Leaders have now been accusing one another of spreading propaganda as far as the current government is concerned. And then we have the digital crowd that focuses on spreading propaganda too this time even when they know that they are spreading blatant lies.

In particular I’ve heard claims that the government has a number of bloggers in Twitter social media to give credit to the ruling regime even when it’s not due or even to counter the only known too well mistakes in government.

The same applies to the opposing side of the alternative government. But then the question is how will we even know change and feel its impact if we allow the leaders to influence what it means to be patriotic for the good of our country?

So how does this online government differ from any other. A main difference is that it will be more online aware than the previous have been. Online can just about feel like the wild west in its lawlessness at this point. It doesn’t have to be. It can be regulated and made legal and safe. That doesn’t mean that online gambling sites like QQ Poker need to disappear, but only that they will need to provide perhaps some information on how they run in order to provide further understanding. Online gambling site like idn poker is great, and there is not reason it should go away. Regulation for it and other services online sound equally reasonable as well.

The leaders are greedy for power, something which we are well aware of and still we take sides to show support for the agenda less motives. I have always heard people saying that they want leaders with change but we are still twisted with unique and very attractive manifestos that are never fulfilled.

So Kenyans look for that real change as you vote otherwise we will never move forward. That’s why we have the saying that when the deal is too good ,think twice and in this case it means that sometimes politicians only make promises to woo us into voting them in.
