Why do they refuse to eat for no good reason? I am talking about these kids who are below seven years. They are the naughtiest kids when it comes to having something for the stomach’s sake.

To these children, the most important thing to them is playing with toys and sometimes they like high tech gadgets to waste time with.

When it coming to feeding time, the fight will determine how much food goes down their throats. Something I have never understood why they do this.

Snacks, sweets and junk food are their favorite. Children below seven can live on these simple consumable food stuffs if the parent is not careful enough…

What to do,

If you have enough with these children you will be able to understand their habit, their good time and those moments you just need to leave them alone.

Angry children tend to be choosy on what food they want, this is a tactic they might you to manipulate you into giving in into their demands.

First you need to know the reason why they are behaving like that. Then draw a line on what to do and want not to do.

For a good parent, your child comes first in almost everything— if not everything according to caring mothers.

A child with some kind of eating disorder needs constant reminder why eating is very important for their own health. This will, at least, give the child an appetite or force self to take a few important bites. This is all you need.

Changing their diet very often is important too. This will ensure that the kid is taking in different food stuffs and this, in most cases, leads to identifying the kind of food that might be his or her favorite.

Another thing that might help out is training him to share with other children. These can be family members or his friends. They will encourage the kid to keep going. And this can turn out to be the perfect chance for your child embrace eating just like any other family member.

They way he was smacking his lips; everyone could tell that he was enjoying his meals every bit of it. He made people believe that what he was having for lunch was a delicacy fit for the King; unfortunately, just a low-end citizen was having it— a good reason why his mouth and the way he licked his fingers, could not lie.

At the far end of the table sat a quiet guy surrounded by food whose aroma could call a hyena from it den to come looking for a piece or two. The guy was so reluctant to begin devouring his meals because the other guy was having the best moment of his time.

It was all Mmm! Nice! Such a wonderfully made food…. And other descriptive words that made this man want to taste what the other guy was eating.

Here, the law was clear that one should only ask for and eat just one type of food. The man looked over the table where the first guy sat and chose to call for the same meals that the man was having.

As the rule dictates, the food that were already on the table were taken away as expectedly taste bowl of secret food was put on the table. The he was told to enjoy!

Upon lifting the covering plate, an expected aroma did not hit his nose trills. He pulled the plate closer enough and dug in just like the other man was doing. The soup hit his tongue and he wished he could reverse time. Tasteless broth was his meal and some green leafy veggies just swimming across the bowl full of water as soup.

How he wished he did not make the wrong mistake based on an assumption. But the chance was long gone and remained with a beast to deal with.

To avoid public embarrassment, he called other man to come at his table and asked, if he needed some more food. The guy nodded and he started eating up that just like before.

Upon finishing up, the guy looked at my guy and said, “The secret is eat as if this is the last meal you will ever eat while you’re still alive.”

In the beginning of this week, an article in the print media concerning women and their weight drew mixed reactions in what most people felt that a lot of negativity was portrayed. Some felt that the writer was too harsh in the way the contents of the article were put. But whatever the case, the majority would reckon with the writer that the consequences are there when it comes to having too much weight.

But then it still remains to be that being overweight means something is wrong and you cannot run away from the reality. Then somebody was keen to note that this issue concerning weight was more on the middle class people who opt to use their cash on restaurants to feed on roast meat, mostly on family outings. It was also pointed out that the rich are careful on their diets since they take time to look after themselves.
