What is it with anger? According to expert in anger management firms, they conclude that people get angry because of their fellow humans. In the record, one psychologist said that he has treated anger related patients and that the victims blame people around them as the cause of their anger problems.

In your life, you might have had that time when you got so angry because some did something really annoying, or because someone created a problem that got you into deep trouble. And worse if you knew who the person was but you could not do anything about it. You are not alone!

One convicted criminal said that he do not regret having spend three years behind bars, but what made him so angry is the fact that his accomplice in crime and the mastermind of underworld crime syndicate testified in court against him. And that while in jail, the same person visited him and told him why he choice that sacrifice for better good of underworld business.

Why do people make other angry?

We have people who likes seeing others in trouble. Such people do not care about the outcome of their deeds, what they really want is to see others suffering. The bad thing is, they are everywhere. From work place to your close friends, you would find them there. Doomed are the people who marries such like characters… It means no peace of mind; if not in the house then you will find trouble waiting for out-there.

Still, why?  The answers to this is somewhat complicated. We have those who are naturally born to cause anger—- they just can’t control themselves in trouble making and we have some who would do this because of a final catch. The later are usually found at your work place and there main aim is to either find favors in such deeds or to make sure someone is a loser.

Anger can be manged if only the heart that was pinched comes to rest, accept the outcome and move on. It is not easy to forget how it happened but with desire to let go, everything can be all right.

Have your say!
