The key to Removing Doubt and Despair

It can be quite difficult facing some of the many challenges which so many must face while here on earth. There will be moments when we’ll question our decisions or perhaps may reconsider “discovering” more. There are some who are easily despaired and some who may remain doubtful. Doubt does enter but should doubt stay? The answer is no. Doubting can cause lots of stress. Doubting if no different from worrying. Some have worried constantly causing all sorts of health issues to arise.

There will be some who will try to cause doubt because they’re testing the waters. Some may want to see just where one’s “strength” lays. There are situations which can cause one to doubt. Do not allow doubt to linger long. There can be lots of damage to the mind and body when being in the doubtful frame of mind for a long period of time. The mind is do precious and should be protected by removing the negatives. Doubt is apart of negative thinking. To doubt a person can be possibly be similar to not believing. Not believing what’s said or believing what will occur or won’t.

There will be and are many doubters. Some may doubt a person’s capabilities. Some will doubt if a person or persons “have achieved” or not. For so many they’ll have to see in order to believe. Once some become confident then there may be less doubt. Less doubt is good. There will come a time when all the doubt will leave. Once there a comfortable feeling then the doubt won’t enter. For some the reason why doubt enters in the first place is because of betrayal.

Some have faced some of the most traumatic of situations. Some having a difficult time trusting so there can be doubt quite often. There could be a lot of testing. There are so may who enjoy testing others to see just where they’re “coming” from. The worry should leave the mind. The mind needs to be filled with positives. Perhaps finding activities which are enjoyed will help decrease worry and any doubt.

Some have lost their minds because of being overwhelmed with worry and doubting constantly. Not allowing “the mind” to rest and to be at peace. Some are constantly thinking and there is nothing wrong with thinking of course but overthinking can be a challenge. Obtaining rest in order to remain functional is quite helpful. Remove the worry by engaging in positive thinking.

How to be Happy in a Dysfunctional World

We have to transform our minds. We will be surrounded by people who have difficulties being expressive and or are upset about their lives and they may dish their insecurities and unhappiness on others. We can either be swept in their storms or we can choose to be uplifted. We don’t have to be in darkness just because others around us are. That’s why it’s important that we practice smiling. Yes, we live in a world where people will try to get us down, but it’s up to us whether we will allow that to happen.

It may seem as if compassion is far away. When there’s groups of people who demonstrate that they are unable to show love and are cruel to others. We have to find a way to keep ourselves from sinking into the same boat. We should listen, read, and watch positive messages. If there’s a lot of negativity around then we should quickly find some positivity. How can we do that? We can listen to inspirational music. Upbeat music when keep us in tuned with the melodies and not the negativity.

There’s a lot of fun and happy activities that we can engage in. We shouldn’t allow the troubles of the world to get us down. Of course we should be concerned but we shouldn’t be depressed, especially allow depression in from outside forces, we can keep our minds on healthy information. It’s important that we surround ourselves around people who will uplift us. The most important part is that we uplift ourselves.

Our days may have trials in them but that doesn’t mean that will have to ball up and feel bad about ourselves. We should think of happiness, think of things that make us feel good, tell ourselves that we’re beautifully created. God didn’t make no junk so we should never feel as if He did. It doesn’t matter if half the world views us as being not accepted. We don’t need the world to accept us. It’s our Creator and His son that we should be concerned about.

Being happy is a state of mind. If we think that nothing will go right and no one will care then that’s what we’ll generate. We have to love ourselves first and be happy for others. Some will never understand that the world doesn’t owe them anything so therefore they’ll always be in a depressive mood. Happiness is something we should want and we should thrive to obtain it. We have to be happy with ourselves before others will be happy with us.

Clap Those Hands and Stomp Your Feet

There’s music around. Life is to be enjoyed and if you’re not enjoying it then you need to find out why. There’s no time to waddle in misery. We have to “shine.” Raise those hands up and give thanks for your life, your children’s life, and your families life. If you were able to get out of bed this morning then that’s something to shout about. Clap, clap, stomping.

Some people aren’t happy because they’ve convinced themselves that they don’t deserve to be happy. If we just think of one thing that has added value to our lives then we will begin to form happiness. Not everyone wants to see us happy but we shouldn’t dim our lights to please others.

We should be “hopeful” not hopeless. It makes no sense for us to sit around and feel as if we’re not accomplishing anything. If we’ve done one thing each day. We should be thankful for that because some aren’t able to do anything at all. Perhaps we should listen to more upbeat music or talk to happy people.

We should surround ourselves around people who are uplifting. Clapping our hands help lift our mood. So many people are going through hard times and they could use some encouragement. It doesn’t take a dime to encourage someone. We may go through trials but that doesn’t mean that we shouldn’t feel joy.

If we just hold on then things will turn around. We don’t have to live someone’s else’s life. We should focus on our own. If we’re in a negative environment then we need to find a positive outlet. Where’s the happy people? It seems that unhappiness is the norm. When people are happy they want to see others happy. That’s why it’s important that we smile. It canake us feel better. We should supply our minds with good thoughts. Listen to positivity and tune out the negativity.

No Other Love Like Yours

Love is a beautiful thing, there’s all sorts of love, temporary love. There’s peaceful love. Everlasting love and desperation love but the love from our Father and His son is like no other. That unconditional love can be brought. We should love one another and love ourselves. The deepest love comes from our Creator and without putting that love into our daily lives and in our relationships. There will be no “prosperity.” Not everyone believes in God and Jesus’s love but if we just look around we should figure out that a Higher Power exist.

If we remove love then all will fail. Love conquers and it overrides hate. When love is removed from our lives. We become bitter and we face many, many challenges. It’s best to put God into it. Jesus loved us enough to die for our sins. Is love runs deep. No one can love us like that. Our spouse, relatives, and friends may love us but they can never love us the way that God and Jesus loves us. Listening the words from our Father and His son will make our lives better. Our bad situation can turn into a peaceful situation.

We can generate more peace by loving one another and removing hate. Some are so fueled by hate because they’ve either removed God and Jesus from their lives or they’ve never had them in their lives. Even when we fall their love covers us. They love us in the good and the bad. Some may only love us when we’re doing well. God and Jesus’s love stays whether we’re up or down. The unconditional love can bring us out of darkness.

Even when we’ve suffered a setback. They will hold us up and put us back to where we need to be. Now that’s real love. Their love is fake it never fades. It stays with us and even when we feel all alone. They’re love is still there. They never forsake us and who else will feel that way about us? Having the love from a partner or from our friends is great but God’s love and Jesus’s love is eternal. It carries us from here to there.

Think Possibilities

Transform those thoughts so that accomplishments take place. We don’t have to be super busy but we should accomplish something each day. Make some headway and get those things done that will create “better living” for you and others. Allow your thoughts to go beyond limits. No limitations in the mind. We can certainly accomplish son great things if we start thinking that way.

Tune out and block out those things that will hinder your growth. If it doesn’t add value then it doesn’t need to be in your thoughts or in your life. Our thoughts can either keep us moving in the right direction or not. Thinking about the possibilities and believing that your goals, hopes, and dreams are possible will allow those things to be possible. We should listen to positive communications and read positive material so that our minds become calm. A calm mind will get more work done than one that’s consumed with stressful events.

We may need to distance ourselves from people who won’t help us think about the positivity’s. Allow good thoughts into your daily lives. More can be accomplished if we think about what we’re passionate about. Having positive thoughts are important and when the positive thinking leaves us we start to our motivation. Don’t allow that to happen.

If changes are needed then by all means change them. No one should want to stay in the same position. One that won’t offer growth. Think that you can’t and prevent thinking about what can not be done.  We can do some awesome things just by changing our mindset. Our minds are powerful and if we allow trash in it then we may do sluggish work. That can create a setback for us.

Even when we hear negative things. We should try to allow something positive in. That way we will focus on the positive and we’ll feel more energized when it comes to accomplishing. What we think we believe so if we believe that we’re capable then we’re capable. Those thoughts can make or break us. They can certainly offer value to our lives or they can offer tormoil. We have a choice whether we want good or bad thoughts to enter into our minds.

Leave it There

All the hurt, pain, and feelings of despair ball it up and toss in a hideaway. No need for display. All the protection in the world wouldn’t prevent a soul from causing pain. A heart breaks. The mind can work overtime. Leave the anger the resentment in a dark closet. Lock it. It lives in the past. No need to drag with you everywhere you go. Close the door of heartache and pain.

Bring out the sunshine. Allow the joy to flow. Make the best of what’s to come. Brighter days ahead. Think about the good and the joyful times. Allow your mind to unwind. Leave whatever causes hurt somewhere else. No need to hold on to it. There’s more to life than heartache and pain. There’s fun and great things that awaits us.

Troubles come and go. Love, be kind, and express your care. Leave all that mess over there. Whatever caused you pain. Let it go and don’t pick it up back again. The hurt hurts and some can’t move away from it. No need to continue living in a pit. Leave it. Leave it. Leave in that locked away closet.

Laugh at the funny jokes exposed to you. Do the things you love to do. Make a way for a better life. Bo need to carry on the strife. Times will come when you want to go to that closet. Don’t dare. Leave all the pain and mess there.

Go ahead and love again. There’s always someone needing a friend. Someone who will appreciate what God created. Be joyful and smile from ear t o ear. There’s boos but there’s also cheers. Give from the heart and be filled with compassion. There’s so many feeling empty inside. They spend more time trying to hide away. Love yourself and give your heart away. Allow peace in and find genuine friends. Love grows sometimes in an unexpected way. Love, love, and throw the pain away.

Laugh Because Sometimes it Really is Funny

Laughter is a joy. We may shed some tears but laughter fixes things. There’s so many funny things going on. Sometimes the laughter keeps going like the enigizer bunny. There’s a lot of comedians out and although not all are professional. They’re still funny. I mean funny. Those tear jerkers keep coming.

It’s a joy to laugh.  What would we do without laughter? Some people may have difficulties laughing. Some may have difficulties smiling. For those who choose not to smile or laugh. They just don’t know what they’re missing. When the laughters produce tears that’s when you know something is truly funny. Oh boy, there’s some funny stuff going on, the laughs keep coming.

Some people are too funny. It’s almost like people unintentionally produce laughter. Laughter is laughter. We should be thankful for being able to laugh. It helps us stay happy. Who doesn’t want to be happy? Sometimes we’re the butt of the joke but it’s still funny. Have you ever laughed so hard that makes your side hurt. There’s where I am right now.

There’s some jokers and some comical material floating around. We never know when something funny will head our way. It can happen in our home. It can happen on our jobs or it can happen online. It doesn’t matter what day the laughs come rolling in. Those laughs will make us feel better.

It’s so entertaing. My goodness. Some people are so talented. All they have to do is open their mouths and the laughs come rolling in. There’s people out there that are just that funny. Comedy can be seen or heard anywhere. Once one gets a dose of it. They may not stop laughing. “Still laughing.”

Laughing can make someone’s day. It surely makes my day. All of the comical junk moving about. Who can deny laughter? I don’t see why anyone would want to. Some of this stuff is funny. Too funny. Ha, he, he.

Finding an Outlet Works

If we want to be in a peaceful place then we need to find a way to get there. We should live our lives so that happiness is allowed to flow all through it. Sometimes we allow others to dictate who we should be and to control every aspect of our lives. When we do this we lose ourselves and sometimes it takes a long time for us to get back to our originality. We should engage in healthy activities, ones that will bring out the best in us, that will demonstrate our God given ability.

No one can live for us so we have to find avenues that will help us feel better about ourselves. Sometimes we so caught up with pleasing others and we aren’t giving ourselves what we need. Of course people want to be accepted but if their not then they have to live with not being accepted. There’s always someone who will see our inside instead of focusing on our outside. We have to participate in activities where we can grow. It’s a sad thing when we have to constantly deal with people who will probably never understand us so finding healthy outlets will help us get through the difficulties.

Life can be so challenging at times and sometimes we may find ourselves running ragged because we haven’t found an outlet that will help us enjoy calmness. For some it may be sports, the movies, or traveling. If it will generate peace and it’s healthy then why shouldn’t we enjoy those activities? A lot of people may use writing as an outlet. It can create a peaceful environment which so many of us need. We can’t live our lives being consumed with stress. We must live our lives with peacefulness. Of course peace won’t always be there but we should find a way to be apart of it.

Build a Positive World

Realistically speaking we will be negative sometimes but if we can be positive for the most part then we can live better. Positivity allows us to be healthier. For example if we become ill and believe that we will get better then most likely that’s what will occur. A positive mind creates a positive environment. If our words are positive then our surrounding will be filled with more positivity.

Positive thinking is a great way for us to feel better. If we think about the good then we won’t be so focused on the bad things that occur. There’s some good in every situation and although we may experience negative things we should allow ourselves to think about the positive things. That’s why we should try to be apart of positive situations. Being surrounded by positive people will allow our thoughts to be positive. Negativity generates negative thinking,

If we may spend lots of thinking about what can go wrong instead of what can go right in our lives. If we think that way then we will become negative. A lot of times our moods are created by our thinking. If we think that something isn’t right then we our moods will be lowered. Even if some negativity comes our way. We should find a way to generate some positivity. There’s a lot of ways that we can build positivity. One way is to engage in positive friendships and relationships.

Sometimes we hear what we want to hear and that could lead to our negativity. If we listen carefully to what’s communicated to us then we will have a better understanding. We seem to do better when there’s understanding and our minds are at ease when we understand. Thinking positive will allow us to be happier. We’re able to live our lives in comfort when we’re positive. Could you imagine this world without positivity? We would really be in trouble.

We Should put joy in our Lives

Sometimes things can get pretty hectic and we need some relief. There’s no need no reason why we shouldn’t enjoy our lives. Sometimes we get so stuck with trying to make things better for others and we forget about ourselves. Life can be challenging so why shouldn’t we have some fun? We should laugh and smile. There’s a whole lot to be thankful for. Our happiness is very important in fact our happiness can make others happy.

Enjoy your time with family and it wouldn’t hurt to watch some funny movies with them. Laughter puts us in a better mood. It lifts us up and there’s a lot of people who could use some “uplifting.” We don’t have to be stuck in a rut. There’s a lot of fun activities available to us. Spread some joy around and embrace people. There’s a reason to be joyous. Some may say, “What’s That?” Being a live is joyous. If we’re able to get out of bed and complete tasks then why shouldn’t we be “joyous?:”

I know there’s some people who would frown at joy because they’re going through so much but with the right attitude we should expect great things. Be filled with joy because we’re “blessed.” Each day that we breath in and out, there’s a blessing or blessings that are delivered to us, we should be thankful for that. There’s music surrounding us and that seems pretty joyous. Create joy.Make someone’s life a little easier.

Could you imagine not having any joy in your life? There’s people that live in misery because of their environmental conditions or mindset. We can live peacefully and we can encourage others to make things better not only for themselves but for others. Putting a smile on someone’s face is a blessing in itself. If we’re not feeling joyous then we should surround ourselves around joyous people.

Sometimes being in troubled environments can bring us way down and we may not feel like smiling or pepping up. There’s a lot of reading material that will help us be joyous. Seeing positive words and hearing them produces happiness. The world is filled with a lot of violence an despair and we need to be surrounded by positivity. Our minds can’t focus on issues all of the time and that’s where joy comes in.
