For Spaghetti Meatballs:

Two tablespoons of olive oil

four cloves of garlic – minced finely

four tablespoons of tomato sauce

one teaspoon of ground black pepper

1/4 kilograms of ground pork

two cups of bread crumbs

1/4 cup of cold butter

Half teaspoon of iodized salt

Half teaspoon of black pepper

Half teaspoon of dried basil leaves

One piece of red bell pepper – cut into small pieces

two eggs

For Spaghetti Sauce:

Two pieces of onions – chopped finely

Four cloves of garlic – minced finely

Two pieces of red bell pepper – cut into small pieces

Two tablespoons of black pepper

Two tablespoons of salt

One Pack of Spaghetti Sauce

1 can of corned beef

1 can of vienna sausage

Ten pieces of fried hotdogs – cut into small pieces

1 can of all purpose cream

Last 17th of January is my mother’s birthday.  We celebrated it simply by preparing meatballs spaghetti, sandwich, pineapple juice and cake.

For the meatballs:  all the ingredients are mixed on the mixing bowl.  I rolled it into small balls and set the oven at 200 degrees Celsius.  I waited for thirty minutes and the meatballs are done.

So I cooked 1 kilograms of spaghetti pasta – put small amount of salt and vegetable oil.  I removed the water and then set it aside.

I saute the following:  garlic, onions, and bell pepper. 

I add the fried hotdogs, sliced vienna sausages, corned beef and meatballs.

Since I have meatballs – I no longer add additional meat onto the spaghetti sauce.  I also run out of budget during that time and this is budget – wise.

I poured on the tomato sauce followed by the all-purpose cream which makes it taste better.

Additional grated cheese on top of the spaghetti tastes great too 🙂

My mother was happy on her special day.  It really feels good when someone appreciates your hard work.  I really love spaghetti even when I was a little kid.
