Set to arrive on the same day as Bungie’s latest update for Destiny, Ubisoft has released a new trailer ahead of Tom Clancy’s The Division’s April 12th update. Entitled “Incursions,” the free update will add new weapons, an option for trading with squad members and addresses many bug fixes.
For all those glitchers out there that use cheating methods to get ahead in The Division, it’s safe to say that many of the common glitches will be address in the Incursions 1.1 update. Looking on the bright side, there will probably be a new glitch with the trading mechanism that will be added in this new update, along with other possible cheating glitches.
Aside from that, the new trailer goes over some of the new things that players can use to their advantage like new rare weapons and gear sets that offer better effects in battles depending on how they are equipped. This will revolve around a new quest at WarrenGate, and will also include a new mission type that will grant end-game players some better loot by completing Incursions.
Looking over to the Dark Zone, players will find non-contaminated supply drops around the area that will help assist them while in the Dark Zone. This will obviously attract a lot of players to the air drop location, but I’m assuming that these crates will hold some pretty good stuff. You can check out the rest of the content below.
“Keep exploring New York and advancing your Agent with the first major free update that introduces intense new end-game cooperative missions called Incursions, and other features such as Loot Trading, all new gear sets and weapons, Dark Zone supply drops, new assignments and more. For those wondering about the Falcon Lost mission, it’s available in the Stuyvesant area and requires players to be level 30. Folks will also need their General Assembly completed to participate. The mission is also said to be balanced for 4 players with end-game gear.
