Now I know that a lot of fans were hoping for a console port and not a mobile one, which explains the major dislikes on the video, but as always, it seems to have a lot of hardcore fans of the Saga series as well as mobile fans happy.

With that said, the game will feature a lot of the original’s features, but with more. For starters, the familiar learning system with the light-bulb is still around, which is joined by concocting weapons, as well as assisting Avalon itself to help grow the Varennes Empire.

Looking over to the folks who know the land and game like the back of their hands, four new dungeons will accompany the launch to introduce a bit of exploration and surprise to veteran-players.

And lastly, the New Game+ feature will load up any old or existing save data so that players can carry their old gear, stats and levels over. Additionally, this allows folks to find items and other goods quickly, which also highlights multiple characters and choices hidden throughout the game.

As of now, the date of release hasn’t been announced yet, but it will be available for both iOS and Android devices. If you want to learn more about the remake of Romancing Saga 2, you can head on over to the official site.
