Arriving a week after the gameplay reveal that was live streamed at the Concert and Talk event at the EX Theater in Roppongi, Tokyo, some brand new screenshots of NieR: Automata surfaced. These magazine scans, artwork and in-game images arrive from the Weekly Famistu courtesy of DualShockers.
Yup, like always, the Weekly Famitsu brought us some more nice screenshots of another game, which happens to be of NieR: Automata, thanks to publication site DualShockers. The video last week shown by PlatinumGames at the event in Roppongi, Tokyo, provided fans a nice glimpse and understanding of how the new NieR game will play and look.
Speaking of how the game will operate, it is noted by Yoko-san and his team to have the game running at 1080p, at 60fps. In addition, it will be exclusive to the PS4 with a release due sometime later this year, while NieR: RepliCant will have a Japanese PS3 version released on PlayStation Now.
Looking over to the latest screenshots, we get to see both YoRHa No 9. Type S and YoRHa Type A No. 2. The screenshots range from in-game footage, artwork to direct magazine scans — which result in some pretty low quality.
If you want to check out some of the latest images and screenshots you can view them below. Just remember that some are direct scans, so don’t mind the low quality.

Introduced last week by both Director Taro Yoko and Producer Yosuke Saito, we learned that the new character YoRHa 9S, seen in the screenshots, will make an appearance in the game along with other characters and features.
As noted above, folks will be able to get their hands on Platinum Games’ upcoming hack and slash game NieR: Automata later this year for PS4, while the older “RepliCant” version will have a PS3 release on PlayStation Now.
