With just a few weeks to go before the big release at the end of March, Dead or Alive Xtreme 3 continues to receive new promotional material from Koei Tecmo, with the latest trailer focusing on the bountiful Nyotengu. She literally pops her wings off with a playful bounce right at the start of the trailer, which basically sets the tone for the rest of the minute long video.
Koei posted up the video recently and it already has gamers salivating over the jiggly and squishy bits of Nyotengu as she playfully rolls her bum around on a beach ball and frolics in the sand, or stretches in a tanning chair. There’s even the proverbial slow-pan shower shot that they managed to squeeze in within the span of just a minute long trailer. These guys who really take the craft of camera work very seriously.

It amazes me how they completely forgo showing any actual gameplay in the trailers yet still somehow have new things to show. A lot of it is geared around the the soft-body engine physics, where the different girls perform different kinds of poses, activities and actions that results in their differently proportioned bodies to react, bend, indent, bounce, press and react according to what they’re doing.
The real question is how many people will have pre-ordered Dead or Alive Xtreme 3 from places like Play-Asia in protest against the Social Justice Warrior menace? And how many people have pre-ordered the game because they really want to play it? The thing is, in both cases the game must be imported since it’s not being released in the West due to the fiery atmosphere created by gender politics.
It’s a real shame because many gamers who just seriously don’t care about those kind of rage-bait politics and social justice war-mongering would rather just enjoy their games in peace, but these people seem intent on going out of their way to disrupt and attack the industry at every turn. Now gamers have to pay an arm and a leg just to enjoy the games they want to play without being bothered by tumblerina mercenaries and social justice twitter terrorists.
Anyway, you can look to get your hands on Dead or Alive Xtreme 3 for the PS4 or PS Vita in Japan starting March 24th.
