Pinstripe Made By Single Dev; Trailer Impresses With Detailed Visual Art

Pinstripe is an indie platform game that has been in development for the past four years, created by artist and developer Thomas Brush, from Atmos Games. You may be familiar with his work because he was also the guy behind the video game Coma. The thing that makes Pinstripe so impressive, though, is that Brush made the entire game all by himself.

Pinstripe is a quirky platform adventure puzzle game, where the main hero, Teddy, is on a grand adventure that will take him through Heaven and Hell to save his daughter from the entity that has whisked her away from him.

In an interview with, Thomas Brush talked about designing the game after they asked him if he really made the entire game all by himself. You can see from the below quote that Brush responded saying that he really did do it all, putting in a lot of hard work to make it happen.

“I appreciate that! Yes, everything has been done by me, including music, illustration, design, development, and marketing. It’s been an extremely painstaking and challenging process, and I’m not sure I would ever do it again. But I’m hopeful that the cohesiveness and personality shine through in the game as a result.”

For one person to make the game all by himself it really looks quite impressive with the way it moves and the amount of detail put into the animations and environment. The quality of Brush’s work really pays off, as the average person probably would never know that the entire game was made by a single person.

In the above interview, Brush went on to say that he made the game using Flash, Photoshop, and Unity to put it all together to create the finished Product. You can see the Pinstripe trailer for yourself that I linked down below.
