If you’ve been holding on to your Xbox 360 and PS3 for dear life, not wanting to let go in fear of them being lost to the great villain known as shelf dust, you can ease up on your grip because they’ll continue to get a bit more mileage out of their software libraries yet. Milestone S.R.L., has announced that MotoGP 15 is coming to the Xbox 360, Xbox One, PS3, PS4 and PC this June.
In a press release issued in standard fashion to media outlets the world around, the Italian developer wanted to make it known that they’re continuing the tradition of their annual MotoGP titles for home consoles and PC. They even followed it up with a nice little announcement trailer that you can check out below.
The game sports all new customization for the rider, team and bike, as well as 100 different accessories to purchase, 20 different bike models, three different racing classes, and 40 different liveries with the official sponsored color schemes.
As mentioned in the press release…
“The second highlight of the new title is the enhanced career mode, now fully integrated with the customisation features. Once you have created your rider (name, face and principal physical characteristics) you start out on the road to becoming world champion. You’ll start racing as a Wild Card and subsequently you’ll be able to negotiate your future career by choosing one of the official teams participating in the 2015 championship, or choosing sponsors to race with your own Private Team, taking to the track alongside the existing teams.”
The new Beat The Time mode also challenges players to be able to beat the clock with a specific rider on a specific track.
It’s hard to judge how well the game will look and play based on the short teaser trailer. I’m sure we’ll see a lot more before June arrives.
You can look for the game to launch on the old and decrepit seventh-gen consoles as they struggle to stay relevant from the tech-gadget hospice, as well as the underpowered but hot-and-new eighth-gen twins, and for the Glorious PC Master Rigs starting this June.
