We all know that heart attack is the number killer disease you never know when will this happen. Our community now is engaged in many kinds of diseases which didn’t know where we actually get it or why you have this kind of disease. There are many factors to consider and this will start in your lifestyle the way you live with it and with the food you intake.

          Here are the following healthy habits to help lower heart disease.

  1. HEALTHY DIET. Start with the food that you in take eat food that is rich in grains products, fruits, vegetables, and meat. Make a healthy snack to prevent from heart disease.
  2. AVOID SMOKING. We all know that smoking is not good for our body and according to studies smoking has been proven to have a risk of heart attack or stroke so if you quit smoking now there is a chance you live your life long.

There are many causes why some of us are suffering from this UTI. The urinary system is comprised by bladder wherein the urinary is held. UTI occurs when there is bacteria enter on the urethra. There are ways that it happens to you when you hold onto your pee instead of going to the bathroom when you need to pee.  If you are not changing your pad more often this is also one of the cause of UTI. Having sexual intercourse and not urinating after it will also increase the UTI problem to a person. Say goodbye to these pain and try this healthy remedy for UTI and here are the following suggestions you should try to do.

  1. Drinking Water. The best way to cure UTI is to drink a lot of water in this way it can flush all the bacteria from the urinary system. Drinking water is always on the list even if this is not a herbal medicine it helps you to reduce the burning sensation when you pee. 
  2. Baking Soda. In a glass of water mixed 1 teaspoon of baking soda and drink this in the morning, do this 5 times nothing more since baking soda is rich in sodium try to limit the intake of sodium. Doing this can help neutralize the urine and it has been a natural remedy because it has health benefits and medicinal properties. Baking Soda has alkaline substance that can help counteract acidity.

         I wonder how many percentages of people who do the crashed diet now a day’s specially after coming this long holiday. Did you know that doing CASHED DIET is one of the bad habits to get you age faster. Yes, you heard it right according to the site that I have read the topic about crashed diet people who do this kind of diet is more prone to get age faster. Another information that caught my attention today well might just share this to all of you here.

         As for me I don’t need to do that crashed diet actually my problem is how to get more weight at this time. Do you notice this too for other people who do the crash dieting? What have you noticed to them? Let me just share this to you one of my former classmate in my elementary do the crashed dieting. On the last time that I saw her she is very fat and I couldn’t believe that when I saw her again she really lose a lot of weight and some of my classmates couldn’t believe it at first and we ask her what kind of diet she is doing?

         She told us that she purely drink juice, eat fruits, no rice and one thing that I have noticed about her the diet that she do is not good physically the way I notice she looks so dull, haggard, and looks old. Did you know that because of the crashed diet that she does my classmate was brought to hospital because of serious dieting.

Diabetes is one of sickness that is much known to all of us, some people who have this is hereditary which means you can get this diabetes sickness because it runs in the blood of the family members.  If you want to avoid complications and you are just an early stage of it you better read this article to help your body avoid complications in your body at this early moment.

  2. LOSE WEIGHT – If you are fat and you need to maintain your weight you have to loose some weights to help reduce for heart disease and foot problems that is one that I notice for a diabetic person their feet.
  3. QUIT SMOKING – If you are smoking you better quit because if might have you problems on your lungs, heart, kidney because you are a diabetic person. Better consult a physician how to avoid smoking if you are under diabetes.
  4. AVOID STRESS – This is not good also to your body it might increase your blood glucose level. Do an exercise or maybe meditate to avoid stress.
  5. MONITOR BLOOD SUGAR – It is also important that regularly blood sugar should be monitored because if not it can cause nerve pain.
  6. GET ENOUGH SLEEP – Try to sleep 7 – 8 hours daily. If you are sleeping below 7-8 hours it will increase your cravings and your appetite of eating high carbohydrates.
  7. EAT HEALTHY – Eat food that are rich in nutritious foods and avoid eating saturated fats, sodium and of course sugar.
  8. CHECK YOU’RE EYES AND TOES – When you visit the doctor the check up for your eyes and toes are very important to see if there is any precaution that you need to consult for food doctor.
  9. EXERCISE – Exercise is very important for a diabetic and if you follow these tips it will help you avoid for any complication like cardiovascular, lower blood pressure. You can do biking, walking or dancing it will help you too.
  10. VISIT THE DOCTOR – Don’t forget to visit your doctor regularly or according to your arrangement that need to monitor your blood sugar level. One more thing it is very important to get a checkup every  year for eye, kidney damage or any other complication
