KFC Review: Bad Manager and Staff Attitude
KFC, which is also known as Kentucky fried chicken.
It is a well-known fast food restaurant with a famous trademark, an old fat man with moustache in white suit
My family often visit KFC located near our residential area when my in-laws dropped by for a visit
10% discount after filling up survey
Now, you will receive a receipt after you had paid for your meal right?
As per the rules stated, within 3 days of the receipt, I am entitled to get 10% discount if I had completed the KFC brief survey online.
I took up the survey, answered a few questions about their service and food opinion.
After I got the validation code, I wrote it down on the receipt.
Not familiar with KFC 10% Survey discount
Then, I went to another KFC outlet for a 2nd treat which was 2 weeks later.
I ordered a la carte 3pcs spicy chicken which cost $13.
I gave the receipt to the cashier , told her that I am entitled 10% as per the receipt stated.
She looked at me blankly. I knew she couldn’t understand what I had said.
I explained again the whole thing but she told me to wait while she went to get the KFC outlet manager.
Ironically, both of them didn’t know this survey entitle discount existed.
KFC employees don’t even know their own offers?!
Bad Manager attitude
After the manager read the bill again, she finally understood , asked for my order again.
I had to repeat my order and I mentioned spicy.
She typed in the order which took some time because she was using her card authority to get the discount code.
Again, she asked spicy or original in a frustrating tone.
I said spicy for the third time.
She forgot to give me the fork and knife, I requested for it.
She gave me a sulky face.
I asked for the receipt, after I had paid the balance. She said no receipt because out of paper.
My family was with me, saw the manager bad attitude .
How could a KFC outlet manager display bad attitude and behavior towards walk in customers?
How could she as the head not know KFC offers?
After since that visit, we never dine at the outlet anymore.
In addition, I filled up the KFC survey, made a complaint about it.
