Oasis had released this very lengthy song “D’you Know What I Mean” from the record breaking album “Be Here Now”. This was just like yesterday, but in fact, it is almost a 20-year old song.
3. Dookie
The breakthrough album of one of the biggest bands Green Day. According to reports, it had sold more than 20 million, their biggest seller before “American Idiot in 2004.
4. Dancing Queen
Who doesn’t know this song? It is the signature song of the Swedish group ABBA. It was covered by a bunch of artists, and can still be heard nowadays. A proof that it is a timeless hit.
5. Dashboard Confessional
Dashboard Confessional is one of my favorite bands. My favorite song from them was “Stolen” because of its good lyrics and melody. It was followed by “Vindicated”.
6. Dangerously in Love
Beyonce’s first ever solo album, which was her biggest seller. There’s a title track of that album. Before she released it, the song “Dangerously in Love” was recorded by Beyonce with bandmates as Destiny’s Child.
7. Daydream
This was one of Mariah Carey’s biggest selling albums. In fact, it was her second best, next to the album “Music Box”. That album has scored at least three singles to reach number 1 in the US.
8. Destiny’s Child
They were one of the biggest girl groups of all time. Beyonce was formerly a member of it. Their most known songs were “Say My Name”, “Independent Women” and “Survivor”.
9. Demi Lovato
She is one of the popular pop stars today. She was also one of the singers who started on Disney. Her most recent hits were “Cool for the Summer” and “Confident”.
10. Drive
The earliest hit by the band Incubus. The song was released more than a decade ago. Aside from this song, I like “Wish You Were Here” and “Are You In?”.
