I love Alanis Morissette’s music especially with her album “Jagged Little Pill”. It is just a very honest record, and Alanis is a deep songwriter and a good vocalist.
2. Apologize
This is a song from Timbaland with real vocals of Ryan Tedder along with his band One Republic. Melody-wise and story-wise, it’s a good song. No doubt, it became a huge hit song.
3. Always Be My Baby
A song by Mariah Carey during mid-1990’s. American Idol winner David Cook had its own rock version, but Mariah’s version is way better.
4. All Saints
The time they came out, it was like move over Spice Girls. Ther were the new girl band at that time to watch. They became successful, though, not as successful as the Spice Girls. I love their R&B and pop style.
5. All the Right Reasons
Actually, the best selling album by Canadian rock band Nickelback. It generated a lot of hits and ny favorite was “Photograph”. Take note, it’s a different song from Ed Sheeran.
6. As Long As You Love Me
It is one of the earliest hits of Backstreet Boys in 1997. It was a pop song, and my cousin and sister loves it because they were Backstreet Boys fans. Justin Bieber had an “As Long As You Love Me” song as well, but a totally different song.
7. Aqua
Going back to the second half of 1990’s, that was the time when Danish group Aqua became popular. Surely, a lot danced with their hits like “Barbie Girl” and “Doctor Jones.
8. Always
Bon Jovi’s hit songs back in early 1990’s. It is a rock ballad which was one of their most notable hits. I always thought its title was “Romeo was Bleeding”. Lol!
9. America
Not referring to the country, rather, the band America. Surely, they based theor name with their country. I like their hit “Horse With No Name”, which was sampled by MIchael Jackson in a song, likewise Janet Jackson for her “Someone to Call My Lover” song. I always hear their music as my brother had a CD of them.
10. Adele
She is actually one of the best vocalist and most successful singer at this time. Well, her “25” LP just became the fastest selling album.
