    Increasing your intake of garlic, especially raw garlic, not only gives you vitamin C, it strengthens your immune system. Garlic is also antibiotic.

    • yeah, i like lots of garlic in my food. the more, the better.

      • Our Christmas ham will be made with my cranberry glaze this year, but I will be adding garlic as well. In my recipe, I don’t think I mention the garlic, but I also like garlic, @fifileigh.

        • i make vegetarian and vegan versions with lots of garlic. i have liked lots of garlic and olive oil since I was a kid. i might buy my version, which i will call the Christmas Tofurky, and eat it with cranberry sauce.
