Can I be honest? I do not really like celery all that much. I know scores of people who will snack on them throughout the day, and that’s good! Some will eat it with peanut butter. However I do cook with it. I […]

I thought he was a great president, sure he made mistakes, but they all do.
I met him three years after I lost my eldest son, Ricky, from a motorcycle accident in 2005.
That smile you see is genuine, the […]

It would be nice to have a birthday fall on a holiday occasionally! Mine is always the week before Christmas, but my son’s (who was born on Easter Sunday) birthday falls on Easter every now and then!

There are different kinds of arthritis, with different causes. Rheumatoid arthritis is basically the body attacking itself. Osteoarthritis is the wearing down of the cartilage.
Feverfew has been shown to be effective for pain. Some people use Evening Primrose Oil, but they are still studying this, as well as ginger.

The problem with weight management is that when you are in constant pain, you don’t really feel like (or in same cases) incapable of exercise. The other part of weight loss is a hassle too. I know comfort eating is contraindicated, but gees it feels good.,

I still remember my eldest child’s first lie. It was on his 2nd birthday. I had baked and decorated a choo choo train with blue, white and red colored icing.
He woke me up in the morning with that colored icing all over his face.
Me: Did you eat that cake?
Ricky: No mamaIt was too funny!
