with a broken heart i redeem 5000 points (worth $25) when i need only few points to redeem 7500 ( i had 7422 points) which worth $50. I badly need of money so i need to redeem or else i decided to redeem later when the site will back.-
The points transfer option was also removed seeing that some people tried to redeem through that method..which I think is unfortunate.. Sorry about that.. but you could at least redeem… many couldn’t do it!
-
I never knew you could transfer points. Now I know but don’t need to know. 🙂 Ah well! The points really gave incentive and motivation to blog and socialize. It’s very disheartening. Particularly for me because it seems every time I join a community, everything was working just fine until I arrived. I haven’t been here a year and already…[Read more]

Lol 😀 @cmoneyspinner I thought I was the jinx.. It happens with me too.. Wherever I go and start earning, that site either closes down or stops paying lol… Maybe we can create a site together and call it jinx.me??
-
LOL. Love it! Not a bad idea actually. 🙂 🙂 🙂

-
-
i wish i had given you some points
-
Aw, you mean you’re not able to cash out when most of us were sending points to others before in order to cash out sis? Too bad transferring points is not allowed this time sis:( lets hope the site will be back sooner or later so you can get your remaining points here. So cheer up now sweetie 🙂
-
very sorry for you my dear. I was at the earlier stage, so I managed to redeem with @iyanpol12 help
-
It happened to me too. I cashed 5000 points for $25, and then I gave the rest away to help someone else. I was too far away from 7500. I”m sorry that happened to you. At least you still have them for future use. I don’t mind starting over.
-
We have to accept these things because blogjob is not in good situation. I too redeemed at 7500 points but i wanted reach at 10,000
-
But hopefully things will be fixed and blogjob will be back on its track . We are still lucky to be the part of blogjob.

Yeah let us all wait patiently. We can’t expect sir sheridan to give us something in return because he himself is racking his brain over the problematic issue. We could help out by commenting and posting as usual, let us say, we are performing a good deed for Blogjob.

I have to say that when I am rich I would give the older houses away and I would start over with new upgraded homes with the best in energy saving technology.
I have always looked at a house as just a house […]
-
I like this painting. Some would say it is a primitive style. This is the way I painted all the time.
-
Thank you! I call it bottle tree.
-
-
I’d be combing CL and the FB yard sale sites for the upgrades.

Stick on tiles, they rop it I rip that one up and lay another 🙂

Rented quarters are temporary. I never cared about fixing up a room or flat–just move in the things I planned to use, and if some feature of the rented room was ugly enough, try to park something of mine in front of it! The only things that affected how much (or whether) I was willing to pay were things like bad ventilation, lack of light, mold, etc.
I did some dumb things as a young renter, of course. Like nailing padding over the heat vents and burning out the cooking stove to keep a basement warm, because at 20 I didn’t know you *could* just change the filters…
-
I knew nothing about filters till I was 40 😀
-
-
@andriaperry – People can add personal style without changing your property. It’s theirs to use – NOT to change. If I were still in the market for a rental home I would prefer neutral colors. They would be less likely to clash with what I have. If they want to add color, they can do it with wall hangings and accessories. I couldn’t stand the rose-colored carpeting in the house that I rented! It looked like heck with my navy blue couch and love seat. No matter how clean the house was I hated it. I should write a few articles on decorating tips for renters. They can do a lot, and without making semi-permanent changes that are a hassle to restore. Maybe you could pass them along to your renters. 🙂 Some care about decorating, while others don’t.
-
Seems I am getting slop artist 🙂
-
-
That is what I look for too.
-
Yep the same place I wanna be!
-
When I was renting, it was mostly about location, size that I needed at the time, and certain needs like whether or not they allowed pets. When we first moved to the area where we live now, we wanted to live in a specific neighborhood (or within the vicinity) and I just drove around looking for “For Rent” signs. Of course, we wouldn’t have wanted to live in a dump. But as renters, our desires were different than they would have been as homeowners. This was, of course, many years ago. But I still think so much is as they say, “Location, location, location!”
-
Its a good place and close to town.
-
-
I am a good landlady
-
The size of the place would be most important.
-
That is what I look at too, and what neighborhood.

Thank God Its Friday? Only if you work a five day a week job 🙂 Good Morning and how is everyone?

Good morning. I’m doing okay, but I’m still tired. I stayed up late. I’m going back to bed for an hour or two or I’ll be exhausted later. Have a great day. 🙂

Doing okay and busy writing for other sites and school. You are right TGIF only if you work a regular workweek.

A lot done, I need a nap now that I read your post. I am planning on how I want to rearrange the house for summer before I start cleaning
-
I leave mine the same, I just clean under everything.

I’m not done for the day. I told myself yesterday that I’d clean bathtubs. 🙁 It looks like rain here now. I was going to take a walk.
-
I need to clean both bathrooms this week too!

-
Going to get my potatoes ready for planting.
-
We did not do good with potatoes, is there a secret? @irenen1
-
-
Potatoes like acidic soil. This year I’m going to try them in laundry baskets from the dollar store. I’m cutting up potatoes (need to let cuts form scar) that have sprouted so there isn’t much to lose if it doesn’t work.
-
Okay, maybe I will do this too, see what happens.

I have a habit of putting the housework first then doing the writing stuff. But, there is always something to do around the house. Good luck with everything.

Oh bro, don’t give up yet. Your dad must be very old, his movement isn’t stable yet. he should be using a cane-walking stick to get him going. Yup, it is sad that he had hurt the same leg again. Hopefully he will recover soon. praying for yr dad bro !!
