My Tumblr blogs and myLot are keeping me busy. Glad my BlogJob blog isn’t an “attention hogger”. 🙂 Just kidding. All the WAHM projects are worthwhile. But some do require more TLC than others. 🙂

@YoungHopes , @Grecy095 ~ It’s very weird. Tried to leave comments at two blogs just now and got some crazy message about Spam, “Blacklisted” and enabling a javascript. (???) But when I came over to the BlogJob wall activity and posted my comments in the Comments box where it shows that the blogger just published a post, it accepted the com…[Read more]

However just submitted a comment at a blog post by @rextrulove and got no such message. Strange. (O.o)
-
Oops not aware of that. It is quite strange to know @cmoneyspinner
-
@cmoneyspinner Just added a comment on your work at home archives, and it is showing as blocked for spam…so its happening with me too
-
Yeah it figures. I went into the spam box, fished out the comment and approved it. Your comments are now showing at the blog and thanks for stopping by. This is why I always check my spam messages before deleting them permanently. You’re a sweetie! 🙂
-
That’s great to hear, you are also so sweet dear, Its always good to talk to you. I feel happy about it. God Bless

As of today, my blog shows 85 published posts and 83 approved comments. That’s almost a one-to-one ratio. Those statistics may not sound impressive to a top ranking successful blogger. But I feel so blessed! 🙂 Joining this community was a good decision for me.

I just wanted to let y’all know I’ve finished the first draft of my next novel and have begun the first round of self-edits. Once I’ve finished those, I’ll turn it over to my chief proofreader (the missus) before sending it on to my real editor.
-
Working hard it seems. Is school out yet for you? School has been out here in LA for a week already.
-
Funny how hubbies have affectionate names for their spouses. Your wife is the “chief proofreader”. My husband would sometimes call me his “lawyer”. Lucky for him my work is “pro bono” and “gratis”. 🙂 Congrats on your 1st draft. 🙂
-
I sometimes call mine my walking dictionary.
-
-
good luck with the book
-
That is good news. Keep me in the loop via Facebook. Thanks.

TIP: Add your blog to BlogLovin. It’s a blog reader; puts all the blogs you like to read in one spot to make it easier to peruse them and leave comments. Add your blog and claim it. It may increase your readership.

I have tweaked my blog like there was no tomorrow trying to finesses its visual appeal and place ads properly so it can be monetized. Now I’m having a problem every time I visit the landing page. The page loads really slow and then I get a message about a “script stopped working”. Don’t know if it’s my laptop or the browser. I click the thi…[Read more]

too many ads especially avi ads will cause java scripting to freeze in almost any browser. It happens a lot at myLot and I am forced to shut the browser down and restart it.
-
My laptop went kaput! My daughter worked to help me repair. I don’t seem to be having problems at the moment. Just give me some time. I’ll probably screw something up again! 🙂

I have a question about the advertising revenue-share plan. I’M CONFUSED! Does it exist or not?
Went into my dashboard one day and “Advertising” in the Settings had disappeared. Came back another day, it was there but I couldn’t reset it.
Was an announcement made and I missed it??
-
That red print ban is old news. It was always been there. There are certain advertising sites that are prohibited. Google Ad Sense is not one of them. But I have never had a problem with putting in the Ad Sense code script or changing the code script at any site that has the revenue-share plan. BlogJob is not the only site with revenue-share.…[Read more]

UPDATE May 11, 2016. Never mind. Checked the box and now my Google Ad Sense ads are visible on my blog again. Guess it was just a fluke! Whew! YAY!!! 🙂

Is everyone having a fairly easy time accessing BlogJob again, now? Anybody still seeing the site down at times?
-
nope, it seems that BJ is going well right now, no glitches yet

except for one problem, I cannot leave comments on post. I can leave on the front page only. Have you tried that? -
Not having a problem signing in but my blog loads slowly. Don’t know if it’s my laptop, my browsers, or a plugin or something. They say if your page doesn’t load quickly people don’t hang around. Of course, since it’s my blog I hang around until it loads. When it does finally load it looks fine. Have another question about advertising revenue…[Read more]

Finally added a google plus page to my main website. It took a while to navigate to google speak and numerous guides to lead to other guides. Actually, they make something so simple incredibly difficult unnecessarily.
-
I wonder if they make it difficult on purpose to be sure only people who are serious about using the feature bother with all the hassle.
-
Yes, they do, but if you are a web geek then it’s not a problem. What I hate is when they say ‘just add this HTML file to your site’ or add a meta tag, but they never actually say where. Having done an internet search, others were equally baffled.
-
-
Nice dear.
-
What do you refer to as your “main website”? Just visited your two blogs here at BlogJob and don’t see anything leading to your Google Plus business page. (O.o) Also, following you on Tumblr now. 🙂
-
I have a main website not linked to blogjob beautysuperspy.com
In order to have a business google plus page you must own a domain and verify it either through your host or uploading html files. They then allowed my own custom google plus page which now verified by google.
-
Visited. Added you to my circles for my G+ business pages.

Thanks for the follows. I needed to add other social media to blogjob, which I have done (thanks for the reminder) but am waiting for jetpack to be added so I can link them. I like to do all my links in one go if I can to save me going back and forth.
-
Yeah. I don’t miss MTV but I do miss the Jetpack. 🙂

The site has been down more often that not, the past few days. I’m trying to get a few posts up today, and will continue to check in here to see how everyone is doing. Hopefully the site will be online when I want it to be 🙂
In the meantime, I’m posting daily accountability and sharing threads on the Facebook group with the same name. We have

My fonts seem fine, but the update often makes things reset for certain themes and plugins. I think people should just be aware of this , because I would have posted expecting the post to automatically be on on social media if I hadn’t noticed jetpack had been deactivated.

I agree with @morgoodie , you have done a lot yesterday, so I think it’s good to take a break today. Sometimes we do need some rest.
