Blogger is pretty easy to learn how to use and once your up an running you can monetize with AdSense. That’s where I moved my teacher blog.

    • DW I forgot I was writing on Google Blogger a while ago, but I forgot about it with all the other sites that I have been working on including the storybook one and Brainmass.

    • It looks easy I just need to get started moving them I guess. Still keep hoping for here but dont see any good signs anymore

BlogSpot, or I guess it’s now Blogger, let me choose my own URL name for my blog and as long as I stumble around liking other posts, and post from URL’s besides my own, I am able to put articles up on StumbleUpon. Look to see if there is an option in the settings for you to give your blog its own URL.

I just popped by the admin’s profile and noticed he’s not been active on the site in over a week. I do hope we get some word soon on the fate of the site and the rewards program.

I got a bit of a shock when I saw an add for single women looking for mature men right under my previous comment. At first I thought someone had posted a picture to go along with their FB page.

Great news about the three picture books.

I’ve already migrated one of my blogs off the site. I’m trying to decide if it would be worth the trouble to move the other two. I know I’ll wind up deep in the hole on points here if I do.

I think it helps that I’ve been sharing the posts on FB, Twitter, Pintrest, and StumbleUpon.

    • @dwdavis I’ve been sharing links to my photography posts on FB, Twitter, Pinterest and Google+, but StumbleUpon wouldn’t accept a link to a Blogspot domain.

I looked at LiteracyBase and read the FAQ. I found so many grammatical errors that I decided not to post on the site for now. I’d like to know more about who the admins are and where the site is based. I got the impression that whoever wrote the FAQ does not have English for a first language.

Yes, that was such a sad situation. My heart still hurts for her parents.

I think you are right about the silence from admin. It is not a good sign.

    • I read one of my emails just now I I totally forgot that I had a Google account to use Blogger. I guess with working on school and a few other chores and a few other sites I forgot one. By the way I just found out last night that I have three picture books published on Storybird.com.

It is eerily reminiscent of that other site. I have lost count of the times I’ve logged in and been the only one on the site. With over 2K members, you would think there would be someone here all the time, even if only a few.

I posted an article about a week ago and it got almost no attention. I’m happy to say that the blog I migrated to Blogger is averaging well over 100 views a day.

    • @dwdavis I’m glad the move is working so well for you. I think I’m going to have to do the same thing.

    • Right now I am the only want online here! It looks so sad without any update from admin.

I believe if there is an update, anything at all, then things would be different. The silent is not helping anyone or the site.

      Happy Sunday to all!

    • Hi there

    • It is eerily reminiscent of that other site. I have lost count of the times I’ve logged in and been the only one on the site. With over 2K members, you would think there would be someone here all the time, even if only a few.

I just posted a new blog entry on my “I Clicked My Mouse For This” blog. Now I’ll wait a while and see if it gets any views.

    • I clicked on and the middle school story is a sad one for the beginning of summer but I assume it is a topic and a event that happens to anyone with kids in school or anywhere.

  • There is an article in The Washington Post today, June 7, 2016, titled “Trump-like opposition to Islam is growing in Europe,” written by Anthony Faiola. When I saw the title of the article, I clicked my mou […]

    • The “fears” of the right-wing politicians and their followers (paragraph 2) don’t sound unreasonable or are certainly not unfounded. As for the left-wing politicians and activists? I honestly think their “concerns” might be a bit extreme. Unless? Did you say the Islamic commandments demand conversion? DEMAND? Well! If that’s the case, then we – “we” as in non-Muslims – we got a big problem! So we should prepare for it. None of this heated hate talk and unnecessary rhetoric, encouraging violence and animosity, to get people to choose sides and rise up. We should be “wise as serpents, but harmless as doves”.
