    Proper diet and exercise is the best, drink a lot of water and 8 hours sleep everyday….

    • I do not have the liberty to 8 hours sleep. I sleep for 6 and a half hours. But yes, I make up for lost sleep on weekends. YEs, proper diet is essential and so is exercise or any form of physical activity that makes you sweat daily, an outdoor sport like soccer is very good to keep fit
