So I have been trying to Get Fit in Time For Summer I have been working on trying to eat much better then I have before and so far I have been doing pretty good. My ultimate goal weight is to get down to about 125 pounds or so. Or at least 135 pounds. And that is a pretty good weight for someone of my height. I am 5 feet 5 inches tall.
I have been doing some intermediate fasting which is healthy and suppose to make your metabolism speed up throughout the day. And I think one problem that I really have with my body is a slow metabolism. There are several different ways that you are able to do intermediate fasting. Or many different methods really.
I decided to do the one where I have one meal a day. Now I end up eating a healthy amount of calories and what have you. But of course I cut back a little so that I am able to lose weight. So I think that the reccomended amount of calories for someone of my height and weight if I don’t work out much or not really any working out at all.
Well then I should be able to eat I think it was around 1900 calories per day to mantain my current weight. And then If I ended up wanting to lose something like a half a pound to a pound each week I would then need to reduce my calorie intake by about 200 to around 300 below 1900 calories or 1700 calories to 1600 max per day if I don’t work out much to be able to really lose any weight.
So I have been sticking to that and ended up losing about almost 6 pounds so far. I still have a ways to go but I am getting there slow but sure and hopefully I can manage to reach my ultimate goal weight well in time for summer!
