How I Plan On Conquering Fibromyalgia

So I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia maybe a couple of years or so ago. Some days I just let it take over me and use it as an excuse to not accomplish everything as I should. But no more. I don’t want to live my life like that. I want to be stronger then my fibromyalgia. So here is how I plan on conquering fibromyalgia.

I plan on waking up every single day and getting out of bed and getting something done. No more lying around bed for a long while even 30 min or so. I can force myself to get up. It isn’t all that hard to do. True I may be tired or even sleepy but that is ok. Nothing a little coffee or caffeine or something won’t help fix.

I want to stop feeling stiff and achy and like my body can barely move. No more. I am done feeling that way. So what I am going to do is try to stretch when I wake up. That always makes me feel so much better. Maybe even a little dancing too. Even just for a few min. That always seems to give me a burst of energy. I think all of that really will help me a great deal.

I am going to try to eat more and healthier. I probably won’t go crazy overboard and end up eating nothing but healthy foods. But at the same time I do want to eat better and enough so that my body is properly fueled with nutrients that it needs to work right and feel better. So I am going to work on that.

And when I don’t feel like working I am going to try even harder. Most of the time it is all in my head anyways. I can do it. I know that I can. I can conquer and overcome my fibromyalgia once and for all.
