Salads have always considered as a healthy food in many peoples eyes.
A plate of fresh vegetables with fruits is good for the body, replenish fluids and helped out bowel movement to easily remove waste without constipation.
Today, I made a plate of Baby Romaine with fruit Salad for a light dessert after a heavy lunch of fried Hokkein Noodles ( Chow Mein).
It is good to have a plate of fresh cool salad of lunch. Helps to digest those oily fatty food into the waste colon.
At least we don’t feel so bloated and lazy after lunch. It is not healthy to lay down on the sofa after a meal.
I love this mixed salad, a wonderful combination if avocado, pear, baby romaine and garnish with chopped roasted peanuts, drizzled with mayonnaise.
If you are out of pear, try apples , kiwi or honeydew to substitute the fruit.
I would suggest you add in lemon olive oil for a tangy lemon taste, fragrant and healthy.
