Ingredients: 

  • At least 2 pieces of large potatoes

  • 2 cups of the orange extracts
  • 2 cups of brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1-ounce bourbon
  • 2 tablespoons butter

 

  • Peel and wedge the potatoes. It is required to make at least 1-inch.

  • Mince the pecans.

Method: 

  1. In a deep container for a microwave, set a water liquid and the wedges of potatoes. Set a timer for 7- 10 minutes to put the potatoes in the oven. Do not remove until soft.
