This group is for anyone wanting to lose weight, get back into shape or wanting a buddy to exercise with.
I know it’s hard working out when you work on the computer all day and we all need encouragement and support. That is why I created this group.

Yea, and if you don’t wanna work out then try to stop the junk food. I’m doing the latter now.

It is not hard to lose weight only if you are serious enough to want to do it.

Most difficult part of losing weight is in convincing yourself to lose and then stick to your weight loss plan and then keeping control on your diet and exercise routine so that you don’t start gaining weight again. Some people lose 500 calories by working hard and then celebrate it by enjoying a cake rich in 1000 calories.

So next time don’t celebrate, or do it once a week. 500×7=3500-1000=2500 still a profit! 🙂

Though everybody knows this both are difficult to put into practice.
Yes, it needs to be a combined effort or eating right and exercising.
