I make a few. Thousand Island is probably the easiest. That is simply ketchup, mayo, relish and a tiny bit of lemon juice. I’ve worked at three restaurants that all made their 1000 island that way and people ranted about how good it was.

It is much better than store bought, in my opinion. A person can adjust the recipe to fit their taste and it contains no preservatives.
