      I had joined yoga classes and I used to do yoga postures regularly, doesn’t happen now, I need to make time for yoga.

      I know that Yoga is good for health but I don’t know how to do it properly and stay away from it because doing yoga in wrong poses can do more harm than good.

      I love yoga and I had been doing it for quite sometime. I know that can keep my body fit and flexible. I will have to make time for it and start again.
