      Hey guys, hoping you can give me some input on this. I’m dealing with a lot of stress right now and I just can’t seem to really relax! Any ideas or tips you can share? πŸ™‚

      Stress is also getting into my nerve lately, due to addt’l workload..I think deep breathing and a positive self-talk will somehow helps u to calm down and control stress..simply tell yourself that u can handle things if u take one step at a time πŸ™‚ panic mode wouldn’t help either..go girl, u can do it!!

      Yoga can help you de-stress ! Don’t worry about the Yoga-freaks in the class that bend like rubberbands..just do what you can, it’ll still benefit you, especially with de-stressing your mind/body..

      I think we all have stress. I let it bottle up and then I eventually cry for awhile and feel better. Also trying to fix what is going on helps as well.

      I may not be the most credible source on dealing with stress since I might as well be crowned Miss Anxiety for all time, but I do temporary fixes. If I can leave a situation then I take a little walk until I feel better or when my stomach stops churning. If I’m near a cat then I snuggle and “kissy” them. Writing doesn’t make anything go away but it gives my mind something else to do.

      Take a walk at the park or beach. I always do that when I feel stressful.

      When things pile up against me:

      -I take a break
      -I go for a walk
      -I call a good friend or family member and vent/talk
      -If it becomes too overwhelming I try to walk away from the source of it…

      What are you going thru? Studies? Relationship?

      I hope it pans out!
