      What do you do for exercise? How often do you workout?

      I mostly walk. It is what my body can handle the most of. I also do a lot of body weight exercises – squats, pushups, lunges but all have to be modified for injuries I have. (shoulder and knee)

      I like to bike ride, hula hoop, do yoga, and martial arts. I do all of these at different times over the week.

        I only dare to swing my body when I am alone in the room.

      Honestly I don’t exercise at all. But I have a little baby and I think taht I am having a lot of exercise with her every day, if you know what I mean. 🙂

      I don’t have time to do jogging anymore but I have a static bike at home which I use 10 minutes a day.

      For me brisk walking is a good form of exercise. Also, I take the stairs instead of the elevator at my workplace.

      I don’t do exercise workout but I do a lot of household chores everyday- seep floor, mop floor, hang out laundry, keep dry laundry, water the plants, gardening, feed the cat, cooking- 3 times a day.

      I have a blown hip, but I still work in the garden in the summer, shovel snow in the winter, and ride to the store on a bicycle. I also do more walking than I should whenever we get to go out, which is as frequently as possible.

      Last year I trained 60 minutes daily. After I encountered the injury, I never tried it again.
