      I like my food mildly spicy. I cannot have very spicy food. Some individuals do eat hellishly spicy curries quite easily though.

      I like it as long as I can still taste the food and without having to drink a gallon of milk to extinguish the fire. If I can’t taste it, or if I feel as if I have second degree burns in my mouth, it’s too hot for me.

      Well, I love spicy foods but I am not able to eat it. I have a very bad stomach and when I eat something spicy I feel the consequences.
