I have begun to play more with the program released by piriform, you know if you have a computer, most people have, then you should download defraggler from them, because I have discovered several thing about them. when it comes to fragments on a computer, I am experiencing that at the moment, and it’s quite annoying, but happily for me I have this tech nerd, he knows I believe he is that. What I like about the program is that besides the change of colors in options, then there is a quick defrag and the regular defrag, I think I saw that in another program just like it, but chose this from piriform.

The program has as many other programs, options. One of the options I discovered was there is chosen specific options for regular defragmentation and quick defragmentation. In each one there are several options like, it is possible to choose the size of files that has to be moved somewhere to the disk or not, and it is both quick and regular defragmentation. This is cool stuff. What triggers me most was in some hidden partitions where there is always fragments that I could’nt get defragmented, I then put my time more into the program and chose some different options.

Now this is the time where my fun began, because I am so much in the habit of doing something, and then I don’t know the cause or what or how something occur, it then becomes a headache and I then will need to go into twice the work to get it done and find the solution, but the fun thing is, that I get to know myself and to think in solutions and not only that, but also when I am out in public when people are complaining of pain etc. or close friends, then I am up with a solution to ask for understanding.

No one can do it

You are probably wondering what I mean by the title, and it has something to do with anxiety and how to overcome it, not the how but the why and what verbs. You see, when we ask for how to do things, automatically an unconscious light is turned on inside our brain that says, don’t do it or should I. the wrong thing or angle is we often ask how for a recipe to do things, but the tough one to do is we will copy others, we are emulating others in our hopes that we can do it like them, but can we do it like them or does it scare us the most?

I have then discovered that if I want people to etc. sell for me or do the job for me, I can see they express the easy part of the job, and they just do it, but I don’t. The trick is the more one person does it, the person becomes aware of how they can do it, and better yet what to do to do it. I see the how action-word, people desire to know how and not what, or we simply forget the what, and focus on the how, and totally forgets the why. The why is of course the purpose of why we do the thing we want to do.

When I was in coaching at Proctor Gallagher Institute, I was in small periods enlightened on why we should do things and not exactly how. It was more the what and why because the how is always and I underline the word always, because every human being is gifted with the same mental tools for creation. But often we get the wrong education to be convinced we should live from the outside and in, instead of inside out which we actually do, but are not aware of it.

Unconscious competent

When going through this process of changing environment, people often don’t think, roughly said. They often do not consider or by mainstream or the everyday word, they stress. I know from own experience and survey that, people are most unconscious and most of all, almost competent, well I can say they are kind a competent because they know their habits. The language I then speak or practice communicating by is feelings or emotions. The way it is put is I study first of all, my own habits and what to do to change them because if I can change my own, I can teach it to others.

Being unconscious competent is doing the best without thinking or giving any conscious thought to the situation, it is what drives us out the bed each morning, and have been programmed into us and typically by someone else. The state of mind is what Napoleon Hill calls it, the devil mind is the idle mind, and I agree with the statement after my 5 year-long education, which I have chosen not to stop with, and that is because it is a work in progress. I have then been put in front of the question about if one person can go from being unconscious competent to the same state of mind without learning something, and that is like saying, I want two summer periods right after each other, that’s not possible.

We have to go into the opposite to begin with, the conscious incompetent, and that is the first step as everyone faces, even my great mentor does it, because if we don’t turn things around, then we can’t go back to things as they were or learn new things from a brand new perspective. The short but huge step of mind is going from, unconscious competent to conscious incompetent, two total opposites, the process is actually so important that people should know about it, and I am willing to share it.
