Omega-3 fatty acid


I have witnessed my own experiments regarding health, as I am inclined to take responsibility and have myself as a testperson. I always desire after a certain point to become as secure as I can become when it comes to health, and then I have been studying our health and the difference between a very acidic body and an alkaline body. When I focus on the acidic part of the body, then it is mostly through commercial goods that makes our body acidic and to open up for maybe any sort of disease, I can make a list of which products are in a danger zone. What I would do instead is to explain about going from very acidic through the transformation to becoming alkaline.

When we go forth and backward in a transforming process going from bad health or high acidic level in our blood, there is of course changes, those changes are some side-effect that our body tells us, we are doing something, and the body is trying to take in some nutrients to make you work better. Where I then see a great help when it comes to taking the step towards better health, that comes from my own experience and one of my clients as he became aware of how Herbalife works, the nutrition I am providing at the moment. My purpose is to spread the word on good health and why supplement has become so viral. The reason is that our earth has become less nutrient-dense over the past 50 to 100 years and that is why I know Herbalife as company has recruited their own farmers according the “seed to feed”.

I want to read as a comment on why you could see yourself going from regular mainstream food, to supplemental foods, and increase those supplements so the body can have a chance to absorb nutrients. What do you see in supplements? Could you see a transformation over time? And most of all, would you go the way and with a mentor to guide you through it?

Milk what is it

I have been a very good listener to a friend, and a familiar who is vegan. Yes, she is vegan, and by vegan means, she consumes nothing with a touch of animal, some people would call it extreme vegetarian, but as she calls it, a lifestyle and we were never meant to live the animal way, or consume any animalistic products, I until now agree with her. I heard her recent broadcast about how many sorts of milk by plants there are, and I was amazed actually, and those milks she mentioned was from nuts, only nuts. From there I can mention what to do and how to, most important is what and why.

To make plant-based milk, we need of course something from nature and in this example as far as I remember, there were coconut, hazelnut, almond, soy, wheat and two others, which I can’t remember right now, so when it was mentioned by my friend that we have that many kinds of milk, I was like – why in heaven do we not know this, why is this kept a secret, and it is very easy to make plant-based milk, because it is water plus the nuts and with fats after own taste when produced home.

What to do to make it, the favorite one is almond-milk. First it is to soak the almonds in 24 hours approximately, it strips of some acid thing or so I´have heard, the next thing is to determine actually how much milk is going to be produced, let’s say we make 3 cups of almonds then I would prefer 6 cups of water and those two mixed together in a blender that has run for let’s say 1 minute in high-speed, then the almonds are blended and the water has absorbed to fatty acids and the mix has this soft fatty flavor to it. Taste great.

Essential oil

I have recently been in some discoveries about value instead of quantity. A customer of mine needed some guidance in buying some unsaturated fats, he was then in some grocery-store and called me because he was confused, I added quickly that he should add mine to his shopping basket when shopping. I went online and made a small discovery of Herbalife’s fish oil. In the beginning I believe that the little capsule was too expensive and was maybe of no value, I then downloaded freely a copy of the ingredients and saw besides the amount of fish oil, three other oils as being, cloves, thyves and peppermint. I almost instantly went to google and Wikipedia to read about the oils, and even though the small amount of oil, I know it has an effect.

Oils are very essential as they are demanded for vitamins to circulate in the bloods we can be sure the 14 vitamins and at least 10 minerals flow to their rightful destination or organs. I see it as now being macronutrients as Luigi Gratton has taught it to distributors of the Herbalife network. Essential oil is then something I work on to consume every day, as it is not stored as a habit of mine. Fats like the unsaturated ones are stored in the liver as I have been taught to believe.

I know now which I did not know before I joined Herbalife, that among the oils we should consume and not butter from a cow’s milk or any other animal, that we should extract oils from plants and nuts etc. because they are high in minerals and few vitamins, after all David Heber tweeted that there are lots of known plant species on our planet that we have yet to use, and I know Herbalife’s scientific and nutrition-board are working on solutions.

Meat is a myth or what

I am bumping into few vegan’s and when I do, I actually become inspired by them to above all, look into why they have chosen to live that way. I am taught by my family to eat meat or from childhood, so after I started to use nutritional supplement I looked into it, I found that, it was designed by Ph.D’s with plants, fruits and herbs.

The supplement I use is from Herbalife and, I am somewhat proud of it so to speak, I have been using it since 2007 and, after a year or two I commenced searching for what is what. Over a span of time I was exposed to an increased use of vegetables and fruits since I began to study where minerals, vitamins, fatty acids, carbohydrates and protein came and come from. I started to ask questions consciously to myself and others. I did searches for sources and got into documentaries. What happened from there is I went sort of back to nature, to juicing because my first stop was I noticed all and a high amount of vitamins in juice and nothing in meat. That made me go deeper of course and to find that nuts and seeds, especially nuts had a higher amount of minerals than vegetables, yet again I couldn’t find any in meat.

I also started to read some of my mentor’s articles and, what he had been referred to as of studies of human potential. I came across few things such as animals rely on the vegetable kingdom, or plants and, plants rely on the mineral kingdom, and so on to the details on the human existence. What I would like to point out is that, humans are like animals, we have a body, but how did our ancestors live, and how many had our awareness back then? Only scripted stories can tell.

I believe meat was back then considered as a sort of survival and, not like we do today with food-commercials that all the time has meat promoted.

A friend of mine pointed out that there are two kinds of protein, vegetable and animalistic protein, and the animalistic protein produces more acid than vegetable-protein, and the human body can not digest the animal-protein, the human system is designed to absorb plant-protein and have a high amount of liquids stored inside as I know of. So to me meat is nothing but a dead or in disintegration piece of body that we were taught deductively we should be eating.
