Anxiety and psychiatry

I came to wonder why so many people if and when I asked, do you know what anxiety is?

Most people would be saying or express, lift their eyebrows and say, yes, but inside themselves will say in anger – I live with it, do you have a problem?

Imagine this like a scene in a movie, when you are watching drama, you are observing a conversation from the outside and looking in at a person who says they have or live with anxiety, the person with the anxiety does not necessarily see the opportunity to say or have the discovered the power of getting help or being led to the top of the hill where the air and light is beautiful.

They are in the valley of death.

Going from downhill and believing that psychiatry would actually do better, then I can see in which way they can help, though the minus would be the medication, the poison they have to feed people in order to get them out of a situation.

To get people out from anxiety and avoiding the psychiatric world is almost an art, because it is like propaganda, they hold the will on getting better and with a slogan, keep your anxiety low, by using this and that, and including sweetness, because it there is no sugar in something consumed, then clients and consumers of medication will decline.

Anxiety is not a mental illness as we all hear it is, anxiety depending on level I might add before saying anything wrong, is a sign of development, though some people do live with it.

I do understand their world, that in time they have adopted the very tight life of not being social or chosen by natural causes not to be around people that makes noise or problems for that matter, to me, that is fair, but to get anxiety that close, that is something that needs guidance to go away from, but are we able to help do you think?

The mental activity

This one is speeding up, then we believe that we are thinking faster and we tend to overthink, but what if this is not true?

What if we cannot overthink but have been convinced that we can?

When our brain is in function and that is mostly the left brain, we use that to judge every situation by the way. We might have that certain belief from what we are told, that our activity in the brain is thinking. But it is not.

Mental activity is just our millions of neurons that are sending signals from the brain, down to our spinal cord and further through our nervous system.

Without mental activity we would not be standing or running.

So reasoning or thinking is when we have processed some information in the left brain, then pass it to the right brain and turn it to the left brain again, then delivering a response.

So mental activity is when we are awake, and conscious about things around us.

Reasoning is fun and besides the mental activity we believe we do, creating images is not a part of the mental activity, because activity means as you probably know, is just some traffic in our brain.

I know a guy I follow that is a medical student in biochemistry, biology and anatomy, I am in doubt of how many and much.

He explains very well how our cranial nerves, spinal cord and the brain is connected, then he states that only the outer layer of our head and beneath our skull is where the electrical impulses are, so when a mental activity is present, I believe there are some traffic.

A fun observation from me and possible others, I do not know if you have experienced it, but, when people visit a store, they get offered something, they often before paying or hearing the price, say; I will think about it.

The fun thing is, people have just mental activity, they check their account, they might ask others, is this okay, they are in doubt.

I have witnessed my own experiments regarding health, as I am inclined to take responsibility and have myself as a testperson. I always desire after a certain point to become as secure as I can become when it comes to health, and then I have been studying our health and the difference between a very acidic body and an alkaline body. When I focus on the acidic part of the body, then it is mostly through commercial goods that makes our body acidic and to open up for maybe any sort of disease, I can make a list of which products are in a danger zone. What I would do instead is to explain about going from very acidic through the transformation to becoming alkaline.

When we go forth and backward in a transforming process going from bad health or high acidic level in our blood, there is of course changes, those changes are some side-effect that our body tells us, we are doing something, and the body is trying to take in some nutrients to make you work better. Where I then see a great help when it comes to taking the step towards better health, that comes from my own experience and one of my clients as he became aware of how Herbalife works, the nutrition I am providing at the moment. My purpose is to spread the word on good health and why supplement has become so viral. The reason is that our earth has become less nutrient-dense over the past 50 to 100 years and that is why I know Herbalife as company has recruited their own farmers according the “seed to feed”.

I want to read as a comment on why you could see yourself going from regular mainstream food, to supplemental foods, and increase those supplements so the body can have a chance to absorb nutrients. What do you see in supplements? Could you see a transformation over time? And most of all, would you go the way and with a mentor to guide you through it?

Absorption through digestion

Some biscuits I know the name of are called digestive, now these as I recall was the ones that made me think a bit more about words so to speak. I do often ask why a certain product is named a specific one that could be a carrot or digestive to mention the most obvious right now. Carrot comes from Carotene, also the Vitamin A, well that is my closets conviction, and digestive comes from our own digestive system where we put in our food for digestion and absorption. Then we have all sorts of foods, and to mention banana, that has something to do with our nervous system.

Then my curiosity for specifically our intestines is because I agreed to work in the healthcare business and that seem quite natural to me as I desire to help, and practice the responsibility for carrying others health with me. The way our intestines work is like an entrance for nutrition, and to also mention a disposal tract, our small intestines work on absorption of minerals, vitamins, proteins, fats and perhaps other stuff, herbs etc. The small intestines are divided into three parts, which gives access to our bloodstream, our large intestines also have that, though the difference is, the large intestines is to me more regarded as disposal, and the small three ones is regarded as the absorption part.

To make a little debate about especially our systems in the body I want to direct the attention to the intestines part, that is if you have any questions about them, then I might be able to answer. And the next thing as I have mentioned, I want to read in the comments, do you see the intestines the same way as I do? Do you see them any other way? How important do you believe they are? And if yours were out of function, what do you think would happen?

Water has more value than you know

The easy theory about water or speaking of water the chemistry way, hydrogen is then the number one molecule on our planet, and I don’t mean to speak as if I am some sort of God, but I do know, we can’t go a day without drinking the substance. Our cells are primarily built of water and the cell-membrane is part water as it is built of oil and thousands of holes is they are called a port to the inside cell. I have been following few people and as few as possible to not make myself confused, so to speak, but because to get few angles on why water is the way it is.

Talking about water the chemical way then it is hydrogen, and no I have no idea right now why it is called that, but I am going to find out soon, one thing could be that, the gen in the word refers to our genes or bonds of genes as I know our DNA is bonded by hydrogen. Then I rise above the DNA level and look at genes as several strings of DNA is genes. That is where I believe hydrogen is the basic molecule in our periodic system.

To my knowledge then I am very insightful of having other people’s view, position and opinion on how they see water, therefore I want to read your view on what you mean of value on water. Do you think we have forgotten the blue gold? How often do you drink water? Did you know you can test your hydrogen-level in your body within few seconds? Did you know that water is a sort of frequency we can play it? And I mean in more than one way, like putting a speaker in front of a glass and reprogram the water, you can do that to your body even, I have tried yes.

A lie becomes the truth when it is told enough times – – just try it“.

I often say to people I meet and the ones I know that repetition is very important, it is among two of the important ways to incorporate any new learning besides an emotional impact. I was educated for that thing of repetition and when I did undergo that, I first did not understand why repetition was so important, and not even the emotional impact. So let us stick with the repetition so we do not get confused, how many times did our mom and dad tell us to tie our shoes? How often did they say; wash your hands before dinner etc. just these few has been incorporated by repetition.

It has been the understanding of sudden impression that we had to do something in order to learn it, but first if we understood it. There are of course the two ways of understanding. So the word is kind of the mutual entrance for both repetition and also the emotional, but it is the mutual of the both I refer to here. When I was educated to that I got the a-aha experience as everyone does, and my mentor said it is not something that lightens our day, but it is something inside ourselves we discover, and that took me a great time to see.

So when reading the text and you are thinking, what was that, then I can say, read it again, and typically now that there are approximately 300 words, it takes maybe 5 minutes. What I want to read is your position and opinion about this topic of understanding, because many people do not prioritize such things as they are too caught up in making things faster though it is merely an understanding to the application that happens automatic, so if you have any questions regarding it, just fill in the comments below.

A selfcontemplation

I remember when I got more curious about thinking that was after I got access to a Bob Proctor interview with a Martin if I remember correct. It is called, The Art of Thinking. When I saw the title I was beginning a process of my own; how deep does this thinking really goes and is thinking really an art? What is your opinion? As I go through some thought processes, I begin to think about, what is a thought? I then quietly go longer than an answer which I can assume is correct, you know, if there is a question then there is an answer.

So while we analyze what a thinking-pattern could be, we actually are creating it, yes we are in the creative state of mind, but very, and I mean very few people think. I do not judge people because they do not think, because that puts me in a place that makes me less value, so instead I am forcing myself to give them a short speech and first of all, myself. The self-contemplation is a word I learned when I read some of Thomas Troward’s material which I am not studying at the moment, but I am going back to it right away.

So, if I would make an interaction with you if you want, then we can analyze what is happening and I want your opinion on what we do to store in our memory, as I know memory is one of our mental muscles and is endless. What do you think of this self-contemplation? What would you describe it as? I would myself put few words on it as we are going in circles with ourselves. More into system

I am very much an organizer when it comes to creating systems out of things. So when I go into the storage with shoes I think of two things, one is the names of the shoes to get into order, the next is to sort things by height, and yes lady shoes in showbiz has various heights. This is an excellent way to make things better for me mentally to get things into order, I have tried it before but as I was coached to believe, I am then convinced that everything can get better, my mentors at Proctor Gallagher Institute can nod yes to that.

A thing about systems is we of course learning to get the order right, I mean that we learn to organize them, and not only one way but several ways. You see, it comes naturally to us with systems, it is something to do with our reptile brain or the brain we have had for thousands of years, then the limbic system, and lastly the neocortex. What I am fond of is and will share is, if we individually are not getting things into system, our brain will be like, oh damn, how do I sort this out, so we will by nature create our system. Pretty amazing huh.

I asked my friend in the shop whether it had to be sorted as name a height, then she answers me, she wanted it this way and that way, and I responded; okay, well let me think it through tonight or tomorrow night as I have few meetings to attend, then I will figure out what to do to make things go better and more efficient. She was inclined to agree as I can move in the environment as she can’t do it, or only for one trip so to speak, but I can be there for an hour etc. I just think it’s fun. I see the purpose.

The attention

I’m walking every single day, that is not a surprise for most people, but the thing I am very aware of, and when I meet the situations I sometimes get a laugh, and other times I just want to strike, you know what I mean, like hit hard or yell out, what the hell are you doing, follow the rules like everyone else. Problem is, I myself break the rules every day and I do it consciously because I ask myself few questions inside my mind before doing the task. I believe we all have certain ways to ask for attention and I know when people do it, they remind me of small psychopaths, rough said.

Well, the motivation for this one lies in some young boys on my walk across a field, where people actually are supposed to walk, but the boys were like, riding their bikes in between me and another, though I sensed one of them was trying to avoid it, though the two or the one in lead was really trying to get the attention as I mentioned. I then have reached the point where I no longer interfere with them as being like a parent or a policeman to judge them, to stop them and say, you are breaking the rules, get back to the road, because if I did that, they would make me a ridicule or yell at me maybe 10 meters away while they are rolling away.

The thing I know about attention is that, we have this little brain in the back of our head called a reptile-brain, that is the brain we have had since we started walking around, that is the goal-seeking brain, the other regions of our big brain contains the limbic system and neocortex, which is the regions that control our feelings, like fitting in, in social gatherings “anxiety”, and then the neocortex. What inspires me much is the attention-seeking and the thrill of being in that adrenaline state of mind. That is where I was heading with the post.

Supplements could be the future

“The future is by design and always has been – – from the minds of the imaginative people”.

Okay so I sit here and have almost judged our food-supply to be forever something we have not seen yet, what is the matter with me? Well, I can tell you something is going on, and it is beyond the masses reach, it goes on behind closed doors. To be honest then the one who controls the food and water-supply, controls the humans. Where am I going with this? I am leading us to supplements, and the way it is going to be used, I have watched several videos on how great supplies are, what they do to market themselves.

You should be well aware I am an Herbalife member and yes it took me few years to become proud of, well, I have from day one always loved the products, but I haven’t always been that promoter of being a sort of salesman. I used to hate sales, you know, coming to people and asking, would you like to buy and get a no. Asking for the order is for real very difficult, because of the fear, I believe that everyone holds a certain amount of fear, and that is because it can be conquered, the fear and faith thing.

Now that I am on the subject from Herbalife, I can tell it is going to become more vital than it is today. I myself like to go as vegan, and yes, a vegan stays away from animal products of all kinds, and I am close to that, very close indeed, I know in Herbalife there is this fishoil-tab, or so it says on the label, but what if the name herbal has to be herbal, then what the fish is eating we should be consuming, because it is eating the plants, and the plants have oils. This went over in the vegan category but I assume and I have a strong conviction that herbal supplements will be taken from few places around the world and to be shipped to the customer.
