Transforming

I have witnessed my own experiments regarding health, as I am inclined to take responsibility and have myself as a testperson. I always desire after a certain point to become as secure as I can become when it comes to health, and then I have been studying our health and the difference between a very acidic body and an alkaline body. When I focus on the acidic part of the body, then it is mostly through commercial goods that makes our body acidic and to open up for maybe any sort of disease, I can make a list of which products are in a danger zone. What I would do instead is to explain about going from very acidic through the transformation to becoming alkaline.

When we go forth and backward in a transforming process going from bad health or high acidic level in our blood, there is of course changes, those changes are some side-effect that our body tells us, we are doing something, and the body is trying to take in some nutrients to make you work better. Where I then see a great help when it comes to taking the step towards better health, that comes from my own experience and one of my clients as he became aware of how Herbalife works, the nutrition I am providing at the moment. My purpose is to spread the word on good health and why supplement has become so viral. The reason is that our earth has become less nutrient-dense over the past 50 to 100 years and that is why I know Herbalife as company has recruited their own farmers according the “seed to feed”.

I want to read as a comment on why you could see yourself going from regular mainstream food, to supplemental foods, and increase those supplements so the body can have a chance to absorb nutrients. What do you see in supplements? Could you see a transformation over time? And most of all, would you go the way and with a mentor to guide you through it?

Sugar

I have come over few kinds of sugars and it sort of started with some herbal insights. What I have learned and repeated for myself is the three sugars that are located in my favorite fruit, banana, the fructose, glucose and sucrose. I have yet to learn the full knowledge and the biochemical structure of the three sugars, but it gradually improves as I want them in my memory, and I bet there are more and other sugars on the market, etc. stevia and few others which I will remember at one point. There are few explanations and other products linked to these few sugars as I can touch on and go deeper in.

As I have been studied myself into is the three sugars in the banana, is the starch when it is green and growing, then the banana is not yet edible, and very difficult to peel, and the reason why it is that is because, the skin is the protection of the juicy meat inside. I hope you understand that otherwise you may have to place a comment for me to answer. The purpose of sugar and that especially glucose is the place in our deoxyribo nucleic acid is divided in two, and both of the chains of deoxyribo nucleic acid, has sugar as a main part for formation.

My question is for you, and state of knowledge, wouldn’t you agree that by studying sugars in-depth that is has a certain meaning? And by that I mean today that we have all sorts of sugar-rich drinks, also called soft-drinks. How much sugar do you think we need? Because I have learned so far and by being a healthcoach, that individually we need not the same amount of sugars as another person, we need more or less.

The fibers in Herbalife

There are a various of products to improve the health, when you are a customer in Herbalife, and I can nod to that. After the release of the fiber product with soluble and insoluble fibers and the six ones included, I got a fresh new view of fibers, which I have decided to look more into, the tweet from David Heber still sits in me. I have the chance very soon to buy home a great deal of it, as I get some courage to help friends and new people gaining better health, because that is my goal, the vision is health in every home, just like Mark Hughes had it.

What I did discover about fibers is they are cleaning us inside, so to speak. They would clean our duodenum, jejunum and ileum, in that order, and from above all, our small intestines, I should mention for further curiosity that the duodenum has four parts to it, as I have discovered recently and not only three as I have seen or been told. Well, we keep getting wiser. The different fibers as newly added in Herbalife’s fiber-product, apple-fiber, I bet is essential part of the digestion, has specific functions and I bet more is coming into add.

I have yet to taste it because the I have waiting for orders from customers to save a bit money on my order, but it has actually been the wrong thing because Herbalife’s ordersystem is designed a way that everyone get’s paid, I have checked that out myself. To the fibers then I believe all plants have fibers, or it’s the meat of the plant, I have learned that from when I juice various vegetables. The apple-fiber is of course not the only product that cleanses our intestines, but also this supplement to the flagship product Formula 1 which contains some herbs for some support I haven’t figured out yet but will.

Essential oil

I have recently been in some discoveries about value instead of quantity. A customer of mine needed some guidance in buying some unsaturated fats, he was then in some grocery-store and called me because he was confused, I added quickly that he should add mine to his shopping basket when shopping. I went online and made a small discovery of Herbalife’s fish oil. In the beginning I believe that the little capsule was too expensive and was maybe of no value, I then downloaded freely a copy of the ingredients and saw besides the amount of fish oil, three other oils as being, cloves, thyves and peppermint. I almost instantly went to google and Wikipedia to read about the oils, and even though the small amount of oil, I know it has an effect.

Oils are very essential as they are demanded for vitamins to circulate in the bloods we can be sure the 14 vitamins and at least 10 minerals flow to their rightful destination or organs. I see it as now being macronutrients as Luigi Gratton has taught it to distributors of the Herbalife network. Essential oil is then something I work on to consume every day, as it is not stored as a habit of mine. Fats like the unsaturated ones are stored in the liver as I have been taught to believe.

I know now which I did not know before I joined Herbalife, that among the oils we should consume and not butter from a cow’s milk or any other animal, that we should extract oils from plants and nuts etc. because they are high in minerals and few vitamins, after all David Heber tweeted that there are lots of known plant species on our planet that we have yet to use, and I know Herbalife’s scientific and nutrition-board are working on solutions.

Three instead of two

I am always in the study of something more and less, that would mean striving to become better at the thing I do – silly me that is logic to everyone. I have recently been evaluating the measurement from healthcare-systems as they have the RDA, which stands for Recommended Daily Allowance. Those numbers that occur in posts with me, can of course jump over those boundaries and bring in new doubts or clarification on what else there is. I have my love for my shakes, to use the rising mainstream word, my shakes from Herbalife I mean, I just love them and why? Because they did a good thing for me or raised my awareness on what we really need to become healthier.

The three instead of two is a newly adopted idea, as it is typical typed on the Formula 1 meal-replacement canister from Herbalife as a serving. I am very much inclined to experiment with things all the time, that is both to provoke anxiety in me and next others, not the other way round. The three instead of two is because the regular two dose or scoops, is for recommendation and what goes for me, I like results fast as my customers regular as new mainly want. So that means when a new customer is asking for help, they would go under my standards, which is three instead of two scoops and, I will of course educate them to do so. I anticipate every customer would then ask; the canister says two but you say three why is that?

My answer to them would be a play with their perception, small steps at a time of course. I assume they would be a little skeptical, no worries just curiosity, they would say or express; ahh, so you want us to consume faster so we buy faster and use more money. I would say yes and agree, because I would do the same. The perception here is they have been convinced by the TeleVision about savings and cheap stuff that their mind is set on doing small things always. So I am changing their perception of thriving, I can imagine the outcome.
