Steamed Chocolate Cake recipe by peachpurple

Steaming wasn’t my speciality.
My cakes are usually baked with a Panasonic Rice Cooker, never tried anything with steaming method.

Recently, I had been to my mother-in-law house, who had steamed Chocolate Cake which was simply so tasty and fragrant.
I had never expected that steaming a chocolate cake could turn out a very moist cake like those sold in branded bakery shops.

This is a very easy steamed chocolate cake recipe that you should try if you have a wok at home.
The ingredients used are very basic but it uses are 2 unique ingredient which I don’t use often; condense milk and thick sweetened cream milk .
I even used a fork to beat the cake batter. You don’t need a cake mixer to do the job.

I am sure glad to try steaming this perfect chocolate cake. You don’t need any frosting except chocolate chips or chocolate rice if you desire.
