GTA 5 Online Heist Trailer Is Fairly Underwhelming

GTA 5

After waiting an entire year after the initial release of Grand Theft Auto V, Rockstar Games has finally unveiled the online heist mode for the game. Unfortunately it feels almost as if it’s too little, too late. Continue reading

Old People React To Call Of Duty: Advanced Warfare’s Multiplayer

Call of Duty Advanced Warfare

What happens when senior citizens dabble in the fast-paced, 60 frames-per-second madness of Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare? Well, they get a taste of all the $1 billion action that keeps Activision rolling in the cash year in and year out. The most shocking thing about the video isn’t that the older crowd is terrible at the game (that’s an absolute given) it’s that the people they’re playing with/against aren’t as trollish as I was expecting. WWE Releases WWE 2K15 John Cena Entrance Video

WWE 2K15

It’s been available for the past couple of days, but I imagine for anyone who was a wrestling fan that got entrapped in the daily grind called life or that little nuisance known as work, you may have missed out on the initial hoopla surrounding the release of WWE 2K15 for the Xbox One and PS4. As a bit of a promotional reminder, the WWE let loose a video featuring John Cena making his iconic entrance on the eight-gen rendition of Yukes’ annual wrestling title. Continue reading

Plex App Now Available For Xbox One, Xbox 360

Plex 2

In the past, gamers trying to make use of the Xbox One’s DLNA support have been relegated to makeshift, Jerry-rigged alternatives. One of those alternatives included using Plex, a software application that allows you to share and stream your library of media files with other devices across a single account. Well, technically you could use Plex on the Xbox One as a poor man’s DLNA alternative, but only through the web browser. It was like using an alternative for an alternative. Well, thankfully Plex has made things a heck of a lot easier by just releasing the full Xbox One and Xbox 360 app for Xbox owners. Continue reading

Call Of Duty: Advanced Warfare Leaked Multiplayer Trailers Surface

Call of Duty Advanced Warfare

A series of videos are currently unlisted on Activision’s official YouTube account for Call of Duty. Twinfinite spotted the videos (though I’m not entirely sure how if they were unlisted) and managed to post them up on their website. Given the domino effect of the way the news works, it’s only natural that the videos would end up on other sites, too. Continue reading

Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel Goes Gold Amidst Randy Pitchford Controversy

Borderlands The Pre-Sequel

Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel has gone gold. For the uninitiated it means that development on the core game is complete and the gold master disc has been produced and prepped for the printing of near countless copies. The game’s “going gold” arrives amidst some rather anti-consumer comments made by Gearbox Software’s Randy Pitchford. Continue reading
